What could you do as a configuration analyst?

  • Conduct analysis, configure, test and maintain IT system applications
  • Evaluate system requests and solutions for viability and fit to requirements
  • Gather business requirements and align with system capabilities and policy
  • Work with IT resources in system development, making recommendations and testing changes

Typically, knowledge for these positions would be obtained through a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce or Computer Science or equivalent education and experience. Working experience with Human Resource Management, Payroll or Reporting applications would be considered an asset.
