We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Integration and IT Risk Analyst to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure and efficient integration of various systems, with a strong focus on IT risk controls and experience with HRIS platforms.

Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining data integrity, identifying potential risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain API integrations between diverse applications and systems
• Develop and enforce IT risk controls and security protocols across integrated platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and ensure seamless data flow
• Utilize experience with HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, etc.) to optimize data exchange and system functionality
• Identify, assess, and mitigate IT risks associated with system integrations and data management
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes and risk controls
• Participate in audits and assessments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in API integration, IT risk management, and HRIS technologies
• Proven experience with API integrations and data management., Strong understanding of IT risk controls and security principles
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems such as Workday and ADP
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Nice To Have: Project Management (PMI) certification., Agile certification or experience working in Agile environments
