Job Title: Systems Testing/QA Specialist

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Model: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week)

Pay Rate: C $45/hour

Position Overview

The role involves testing Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) applications like Curam, working in Agile environments, and using Azure DevOps for test management.

• Experience working in Agile project environments
• Experience using Azure DevOps for test management and execution
• Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and scripts for functional, non-functional, integration, and UAT testing.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Conduct test planning, risk analysis, defect reporting, and root cause analysis using Azure DevOps.
• Support test automation and contribute to test data creation and environment setup.
• Lead UAT efforts and ensure sign-offs with business stakeholders.
