Bilingual Warehouse Team Lead

Schedule / Horaire : Saturday & Sunday, 7:00am - 7:00pm/8:00am - 8:00pm

Pay Rate / Taux horaire : $24.00/hour

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Team Lead to join our growing team in Montreal-Nord, QC.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with client contacts to ensure satisfaction.
• Understand and represent the client's business goals and operational standards.
• Enforce and update health and safety protocols.
• Recruit, screen, and onboard new warehouse associates.
• Monitor and evaluate different areas of the distribution centre to ensure quality control.
• Track attendance, productivity, turnover, and payroll metrics.
• Maintain daily communication with warehouse staff.
• Provide ongoing training based on job-specific SOPs.
• Handle conflict resolution and de-escalate workplace issues.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends to manage peak periods effectively.
• Adapt plans and resources to meet unexpected staffing or operational changes.

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (English and French)
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
• Previous experience in recruitment and staffing is an asset.
• Experience with Uattend is a plus.
