Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Life Science Operations Specialist located in Mississauga, ON. The successful candidate will become an integral part of the Life Sciences Team, acting as the first point of contact to find optimal solutions for our Life Science customers complex logistical needs.

Qualifications

• Position requires at least 5 years experience in delivery high quality relevant in customer service/operations in specialty logistics
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate, improve, and streamline operations
• Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination and customer interactions
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Project Management for overseeing daily tasks
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Experience in logistics or courier industries is a plus
• Knowledgeable in GxP practices
