Our consulting agency client is looking for a Content Designer / UX Writer to join their team. This will be 6+ months, 40 hours per week, onsite downtown 2x per week.

You will be working on B2C and B2B onboarding optimization flows.

You will be working on a team of UX Designers and UX Writers.

Writing copy for wireframes, content flows, user journeys, interviews etc.

Planning, creating, and managing content to ensure it is clear, engaging, and valuable for its target audience.

Creating content strategies that focus on the digital product by using design thinking.

Designing and delivering product flows, new features, in-product language, content frameworks, navigation, product naming and more.

Skills required:

3-8 years of experience as a UX Writer or Content Designer.

Portfolio of samples to showcase, ie case studies.

Ability to work onsite 2-3x per week downtown.
