The Role
We're looking for a biologics expert who thrives on process and data, not pipes and pumps. You'll bring domain expertise that levels us up, and your focus will be on identifying process improvements through analytics, modeling, and controls-not CAPEX. You'll serve as the voice of the customer, helping translate complex technical needs into product features, and ensure our software is a continuously improved. In this role you will need to enjoy using software on a daily basis, being client-facing and dealing with customers
What You'll Do
- Analyze upstream/downstream biologics manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for optimisation using data and software tools
- Collaborate with MSAT, process development, and manufacturing teams-both internally and at customer sites
- Serve as a domain expert in conversations with product, data science, and engineering teams
- Work directly with customers to understand pain points, propose data-driven solutions, and ensure our tools deliver real impact
- Demo the software product to customers
- Contribute to the design and testing of software features that enhance bioprocess decision-making and control
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
What We're Looking For
- Deep expertise in biologics manufacturing-ideally MSAT or process development roles at pharmaceutical company
- You have experience deep experience monoclonal antibodies, small molecule and large molecule production
- Process improvement of manufacturing experience of fluids, chemicals
- Proven experience driving process improvements using data and control strategies
- Strong communication skills-you're as comfortable with customers as you are with code.
- Hands-on software experience-this isn't a tool you tolerate; it's a tool you love
- Collaborative, curious, and humble-someone who uplifts the team while pushing boundaries
Bonus If You Have
- Experience with data science tools (Python, SQL, etc.), or are in the process of learning them
- Knowledge of PAT, multivariate analysis, or process modelling, regression etc

Salary range: CAD $180,000- $190,000 depending on experience and seniority
