Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in a DDA system transformation project that touches nearly every facet of the bank's operations. This high-profile initiative requires a strong critical thinker with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects, capable of asking the right questions-"What happens if ?" "Did you consider ?"-to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead analysis and strategy for deposits, commercial banking, and capital markets clients, ensuring seamless integration with the new DDA system.
• Engage with business and technology teams to bridge gaps and deliver actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Conduct deep-dive assessments, challenging assumptions and ensuring comprehensive risk evaluations.
• Provide expert-level advisory support, ensuring all business units align with the DDA system's impact.
• Utilize basic technology tools (MS Office) effectively, while leveraging domain expertise to drive innovation.
