Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and emails in both English and French from clients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams
- Provide accurate product and service information while resolving inquiries efficiently
- Log interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with departments such as logistics, sales, and clinical teams to deliver seamless service
- Ensure all actions are compliant with healthcare regulations and company policies
- Assist in identifying areas for service improvement and contribute to client satisfaction initiatives
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is required
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in healthcare, pharmacy, or medical services
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting (must be available for in-office days in Burlington)
