Job Title: Account Manager - Customer Success

We're hunting for an Account Manager who moves at lightning speed and never lets opportunity slip through their fingers. Can't cage a songbird, can't tame a wild horse - and we wouldn't want to. We need someone who builds an impenetrable fortress around our existing business while creating major upsell opportunities that turn every account into a revenue multiplier. You'll own every conversation, drive every outcome, and turn customer relationships into commission-generating engines that never stop producing.

What You'll Do:

You'll be the strategic partner our clients can't live without. No hand-holding, no learning curves - we will onboard intentionally, and you'll make immediate impact. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless experiences, uncover growth opportunities, and build relationships that last. You'll slash churn, multiply revenue, and make every client interaction count.

Your day-to-day will include:

Account Management & Upselling:

  • Own the post-sales lifecycle for a portfolio of accounts, building a moat around our business while maximizing platform value and revenue opportunities
  • Identify and execute major upsell opportunities with surgical precision - you see the opening, you take the shot, and you get paid commission on every win
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering high-touch support that transforms satisfied clients into expanding revenue streams

Proactive Client Engagement:

  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews that uncover opportunities others miss and solidify relationships that drive growth
  • Execute proactive outreach that anticipates client needs before they know they have them
  • Create tailored reports, dashboards, and campaigns that deliver actionable insights customers can't ignore

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with internal teams to deliver customized solutions at breakneck speed with flawless execution
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to drive satisfaction and strategic growth simultaneously

Churn Prevention & Customer Retention:

  • Monitor account health scores and take immediate action - no waiting, no hesitation, just results
  • Manage escalations and resolve concerns with a solution-first mindset that turns problems into opportunities

Process Improvement & Tech Stack Utilization:

  • Leverage HubSpot, CRM, Gong, Trello, RingCentral, Customer.io, Smartsheets and G Suite to manage workflows and optimize processes
  • Maintain CRM hygiene that would make data scientists weep with joy
  • Implement customer-specific SOPs and SLAs that eliminate confusion and maximize efficiency

Voice of the Customer:

  • Capture customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights that drive platform improvements
  • Bridge the gap between customer needs and product development with clarity and urgency

Qualifications:

We're not looking for someone to cut their teeth - we need proven performance. You've delivered results in Account Management or Customer Success for 3+ years, preferably in SaaS or CRM environments. You can speak to your wins with specific numbers, percentages, and outcomes that matter.

You've consistently driven upsell opportunities, reduced churn, and delivered high-touch customer service that clients remember. Your communication skills build rapport instantly and engage stakeholders at every level. You're organized, detail-oriented, and manage multiple accounts without dropping a single ball.

You're tech-savvy with HubSpot, Gong, Trello, Customer.io, G Suite, and internal tools. You identify opportunities before they become obvious and resolve issues before they become problems. You're solution-oriented because that's how you're wired, not because someone taught you to be.

Most importantly, you're a native English speaker who executes with precision and communicates with clarity that leaves no room for misinterpretation.
