We're hunting for a Business Development Representative who strikes like lightning and never lets a qualified prospect slip away. You are the terminator. Our prospects are John Connor. We need someone who builds an unstoppable pipeline machine, turns cold outreach into hot opportunities, and feeds our sales team a steady stream of qualified prospects who are ready to buy.

This isn't about making calls and hoping for the best. You've consistently hit your numbers before, can speak to your conversion rates and pipeline generation with precision, and execute outbound strategies that others only talk about.

What You'll Do:

You'll be the tip of the spear in our growth engine. No ramp time, no learning on the job - just immediate pipeline generation that turns into closed deals. You'll combine intelligent targeting with relentless execution, using Wingmate's best-in-class tools to engage key stakeholders, create urgency, and book meetings that convert. Your day-to-day will include:

Lead Generation & Outreach:

  • Execute intelligent, targeted outbound prospecting into key industries and ICP segments with surgical precision
  • Master tools like Gong, ZoomInfo, AI, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to engage leads and move them through the funnel at breakneck speed
  • Craft compelling messaging and campaigns that secure high-value demos and discovery meetings that convert to closed business

Relationship Building:

  • Be the frontline voice of Wingmate - build trust and create urgency from first contact through qualification
  • Develop deep understanding of prospects' pain points and position Wingmate's solutions as the only logical choice
  • Collaborate with AEs and sales leadership to tailor outreach strategies and deliver warm opportunities that close

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Leverage Wingmate's CRM and sales automation tools to manage workflows and optimize prospecting strategies that produce results
  • Provide feedback on campaign performance and work with marketing and revenue teams to improve targeting and conversion
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and activity tracking in HubSpot that would make data analysts jealous

Team Collaboration & Growth:

  • Work with Account Executives, Marketing, and Revenue leadership to crush team-wide targets consistently
  • Share wins and learnings as part of a high-performing sales organization that never settles for good enough
  • Take initiative on new tactics and ideas that continuously improve outreach efficiency and conversion rates

Qualifications:

We're not looking for someone to learn the ropes - we need proven performance. You've generated qualified pipeline and set high-value meetings in Business Development, Sales Development, or similar outbound sales roles for 2+ years, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech environments.

You can speak to your track record with specific numbers - conversion rates, pipeline generated, meetings set, and deals influenced. Your written and verbal communication skills craft persuasive messaging that gets responses and drives action.

You're comfortable with modern sales tools like ZoomInfo, Gong, Trello, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator because you've used them to win before. You're self-motivated, coachable, and thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments where results matter more than effort.

You're a strategic thinker who understands how to prioritize the right prospects and verticals using data and insights, not gut feelings. Most importantly, you're a native English speaker who executes with precision and communicates with clarity that moves prospects to action.
