Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Toronto, ON. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating and closing sales, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through the process. The role includes managing client appointments, offering personalized styling advice, and ensuring each customer has a premium experience. Additional responsibilities involve maintaining customer relationships and meeting sales targets.

Day to day responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects
• Research and identify potential clients through professional networks
• Achieve weekly targets
• Conduct cold calls daily
• Build long-term client relationships
• Present our premium collection during face-to-face meetings
• Develop business through strategic networking
• Track all activities in our business development system
• Travel to clients' offices for personalised appointments
