Technical Business Analyst - Telematics
Markham, ON - (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Integration Documentation:
• Analyze and document the current telematics architecture, data flows, APIs, and system dependencies.
• Create clear, comprehensive technical documentation including sequence diagrams, interface specifications, and data mapping.
2. Change Coordination:
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to coordinate integration changes and deployments.
• Track and manage change requests, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility.
• Facilitate impact assessments and risk analysis for proposed changes.
3. Intake Process Design:
• Design and implement a scalable, efficient intake process for new integration requests.
• Define intake workflows, roles, responsibilities, and approval checkpoints.
Technical Analyst -
Telematics Develop supporting documentation, templates, and guidelines for stakeholders.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and external partners to gather requirements and clarify integration needs.
• Conduct workshops and working sessions to validate requirements and process designs.
5. Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to streamline existing integration and intake processes.
• Recommend and implement best practices for documentation, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
6. Quality Assurance Support:
• Support testing efforts by clarifying requirements, reviewing test cases, and validating integration outcomes.
• Ensure traceability between business requirements, technical specifications, and test results.
7. Tooling and Reporting:
• Utilize tools such as JIRA and Confluence to manage documentation, track changes, and report progress.
