Job Summary
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, structure, and optimize content, ensuring it is accurate, accessible, and aligned with strategic goals. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing user experience and enabling smarter automation across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to capture, organize, and govern knowledge within a centralized content repository.
- Manage and update content using a Content Management System (CMS), ensuring accuracy, usability, and alignment with brand and content standards.
- Write, edit, and optimize complex content (e.g., policies, procedures, reference materials) into concise, user-friendly formats.
- Apply and enforce content governance standards across all platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, terminology, and structure.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools; provide data-driven recommendations to improve user engagement and content effectiveness.
- Participate in content audits and ensure content lifecycle management through regular updates and stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager or similar platforms.
- Background in content strategy, content governance, or technical writing within an enterprise environment.
- Exposure to project management methodologies, particularly Agile or Scrum.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Management, or a related field.
- Interest in or familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus.
Certifications (if any)
- Certifications in Content Management, Knowledge Management, UX Writing, or Agile Methodologies are a plus but not required.
