Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate technical support to employees via Perform technical support to employees;
- Operate and maintain the IT infrastructure environment, including VM, Storage and Server (Windows and Linux), network, such as VMs, AD, Mail server, Cisco network, File server etc.;
- Perform IT daily operation tasks. Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of infrastructure system incident and provide corrective actions;
- Conduct research, development, maintenance, and management of infrastructure technology solutions;
- Provide administrative support and maintain in-depth knowledge of bank policies and procedures;
- Manage IT assets, including both hardware and software;
- Develop and maintain IT-related policies, procedures, manuals, and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in a computer related field;
- Familiarity with Window Server and Linux Server, including Active Directory Service, File Service, and Avaya PBX systems;
- Experience with windows and Linux command scripting is preferred;
- Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure and in high-volume environments;
- Networking experience is a plus (e.g., VLAN, VPN, and connectivity knowledge);
- Great working knowledge of cyber security best practices and measurements (e.g., in antivirus, malware management, and security policy implementation).
- Strong customer service and follow-up skills;
- Proficient written and verbal communication skill in English. Proficient in Chinese languages is considered an asset;
- Independent problem solver with strong troubleshooting, decision making, and analytical skills.
