About the Role
We're looking for a driven, experienced Account Executive to lead the charge in growing the Winbox user base. You'll own the full sales cycle-from prospecting and demos to closing and account growth.
What You'll Do:
- Own and manage the full sales funnel: prospecting, outreach, demoing, negotiating, and closing
- Run product demos and clearly articulate the value of Winbox to logistics professionals
- Identify new opportunities and verticals to expand into
- Collaborate with the founder and product team to provide feedback that informs sales strategy and product roadmap
- Develop outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) and optimize conversion performance
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across logistics and supply chain organizations
- Hit and exceed revenue targets with a hunger for uncapped commission
- Help shape sales playbooks, processes, and the future sales team
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a SaaS sales/account executive role: conducting demos, closing new business, prospect nurturing, etc.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Obsessed with solving problems and creating value for clients
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and eager to take initiative
- Based in the GTA, with the ability to work hybrid (remote + in-person collaboration when needed)
Compensation:
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
