Position: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Edmonton, Alberta
Job Description:
- Answer and provide support as necessary relating to the desktop support Services such as computer refreshes, disposals, etc.
- Provide general installation and upgrades services - software and hardware.
- Trouble shooting of computers coordinating support and requests with other support levels and vendors.
- Conduct software installation or re-installation.
- Conduct software compatibility test and troubleshooting user queries on hardware and software products installed.
- Strong Communication in English and presentable to client
- Ability to manage multiple issues at same time
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Desktop software troubleshooting skills
- Router management
- Familiar with Windows Office 365
