Dasro is looking for IAM Engineer to manage and enhance Identity and Access Management solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and supporting identity platforms in enterprise environments.

Location: Saskatoon, SK (On-site)

Start Date: July 1, 2025

Duration: 6-month contract (likely to extend)

Experience Required: 5+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support IAM solutions for enterprise access control.
• Manage provisioning, de-provisioning, and lifecycle management of user identities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and federation protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, LDAP).
• Ensure compliance with access governance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to define and enforce identity policies.
• Conduct audits and remediation activities related to access control.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with enterprise IAM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Identity Manager, Okta, Ping Identity, Azure AD).
• Familiarity with Cisco ISE and integration with identity systems.
• Understanding of identity federation, RBAC/ABAC, and Zero Trust principles.
• Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Python, etc.
• Strong grasp of security best practices and regulatory compliance frameworks.
