Our client is seeking a full-time, energetic, and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join their growing team in North York, ON. In this dynamic hybrid role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients-delivering exceptional service, building strong relationships, and ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a key liaison between clients and creditors through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and voicemail follow-ups.
  • Support clients in meeting their financial commitments with empathy and efficiency.
  • Process creditor balance verifications and resolve any discrepancies with accuracy.
  • Maintain timely and accurate account servicing through monthly reporting and task completion.
  • Schedule credit counselling and review appointments for new and existing clients.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in credit counselling.
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including document classification, responding to general inquiries, and outbound communications.
