Position Title: Pricing Analyst, Term Investments

Work Hours: Preferred: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST Alternate: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the pricing/product exception request inbox.
• Assess and evaluate rate and price negotiation requests.
• Handle complex product management cases including early GIC redemptions, backdating, cancellations, and amendments.
• Calculate interest and penalties associated with these transactions and provide business approvals for exceptions.
• Contribute to daily and monthly reporting; analyze data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Conduct competitor pricing analysis, evaluate market share and margins, and monitor customer engagement to optimize pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Pricing Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficient in data analysis with beginner to intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in ambiguous environments.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated interest in investments.

Interview Process

• Rounds: Two interviews - one with the Hiring Manager and one with a panel of Managers and Analysts.
• Preparation: Candidates should be ready to demonstrate basic Excel skills.
