Role Description

We are seeking contract-based AI Instructors to join our growing pool of qualified candidates for upcoming training opportunities. This is a remote contract role offered on a course-by-course basis, with instructors selected according to course availability and scheduling needs.

Approximately 80% of our learners come from a business background, and the majority of our AI courses are designed from a non-technical, business-first perspective. This role is best suited for instructors who can effectively bridge the gap between AI concepts and business applications, making them accessible to professionals in fields such as marketing, HR, operations, finance, and strategy.

Our programs typically run for 6 to 7 weeks, with an average of 2 hours of teaching per week (approximately 12-14 total instructional hours per course).

• If your role is limited to teaching only, compensation is $60 per hour.
• If curriculum development, grading, or other academic tasks are required, additional hours and compensation will be assigned based on the scope of work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging AI courses tailored to non-technical business audiences
• Design and facilitate workshops, bootcamps, and interactive sessions
• Translate complex AI concepts (particularly Generative AI) into practical use cases relevant to business operations
• Create and update course materials that reflect current AI trends
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
• Stay current with developments in AI tools, platforms, and real-world applications

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Generative AI tools and business applications of AI
• Experience teaching or training professionals in business, management, or related fields
• Ability to simplify technical content for non-technical audiences
• Experience designing and delivering educational content, workshops, or bootcamps
• Excellent instructional, communication, and presentation skills
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Familiarity with AI use cases across departments like HR, marketing, finance, and operations
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, AI, MIS, Data Science, or a related interdisciplinary field
