About the Role As a Retail Associate, you will represent SalesBeaver and our trusted partners in a retail setting, engaging directly with customers. This full-time, on-site role offers valuable experience in customer service, merchandising, and sales. You will play a key part in creating positive shopping experiences, supporting promotional campaigns, and building strong customer relationships. This position offers clear growth potential, including opportunities for advancement into leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and provide recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment
• Support in-store marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and deliver exceptional service
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
