A globally recognized hotel, located in downtown Toronto is seeking an experienced and visionary Food and Beverage Director to lead all F&B operations. This role is ideal for a dynamic, service-driven leader with a strong background in operations, team development, and financial oversight within hospitality environments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Oversee all F&B spaces including dining, bar, room service, and banquets/events
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to elevate guest experience and operational efficiency
  • Lead, coach, and mentor department heads, chefs, and service staff to achieve excellence in service and consistency
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through menu engineering, cost control, and innovative programming
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Hotel General Manager
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Maintain high guest satisfaction scores and implement guest feedback systems

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive F&B leadership experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel or resort
  • Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction and driving financial performance
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management
  • Exceptional knowledge of food trends, wine/beverage programs, and service standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
