As a key member of the HR team, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders across the country, leading recruitment initiatives from strategy to execution. This role combines hands-on recruitment expertise with strategic oversight, focusing on building a strong talent pipeline, enhancing candidate experience, and fostering operational excellence in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:
- Act as a strategic recruitment partner to hiring managers across Canada, guiding end-to-end hiring for high-volume operational and support roles
- Take the lead on difficult-to-fill and priority roles while championing process consistency, candidate quality, and stakeholder experience
- Provide day-to-day guidance and mentorship to a small team of recruiters, helping them grow their capabilities and drive results
- Collaborate with HR leadership on national hiring plans, workforce trends, and talent forecasting
- Implement and continuously refine sourcing strategies that attract a diverse, qualified talent pool and reflect the organization's values
- Optimize usage of the applicant tracking system and recruitment tools to streamline operations and reporting
- Monitor and interpret recruitment data to identify gaps, spot trends, and provide recommendations to improve performance
- Contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives and enterprise-wide talent projects, helping align recruitment with broader organizational goals
- Foster relationships with external vendors and recruitment partners to support specialized hiring needs
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong background in high-volume hiring and unionized environments
- Prior experience coaching or leading recruiters, formally or informally, is a strong asset
- Ability to navigate and influence within a matrixed or multi-site organization
- Strong sourcing instincts, with the ability to balance speed, quality, and compliance
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and a comfort level working with metrics and dashboards
- Post-secondary education in HR, Business, or a related field; professional designation (CHRP or equivalent) is an asset but not essential
