Business Consultant- Environmental Management System (EMS) experience is Must

8 month contract with 12-month extension)

7 month contract

3 days onsite per week is required/Toronto Location

Must Haves:

Must have University degree in business, management or a related discipline and four years of related experience

Must have Active certification in CAPM, PMP or PgMP as issued by the Project Management Institute or equivalent and/or an active CMC designation as issued by a member institute of the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes or equivalent.

5 years of experience with Environmental Management System (EMS),

5 years of Experience conducting, facilitating and interpreting impact and risk assessments across multiple scenarios.

5 years of experience in managing projects in an organization of comparable size and complexity to the Government

5 years of experience in the design, development and implementation of a digital transformation initiative or digital delivery program

5 years of experience using analytical and problem solving skills to plan and design creative solutions.

Experience at the senior management level or above in an organization of comparable size and complexity to the Government clients

5 years of Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis of costs and benefits

Experience in the analysis, development, and integration of complex IT systems.

Experience with change management.

Experience with systems development methodologies and life cycles for application development.
