Description:
Our client is seeking a Senior-level Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support a post-acquisition workforce integration project ON-SITE in Montreal. The consultant will lead change initiatives focused on people transitions (not technology), partnering closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change management and communication plans.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, organizational design, training, and workforce transition activities.
- Collaborate with leadership to guide workforce integration across business functions.
- Support organizational design and HR transformation efforts.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure strong change adoption.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of OCM consulting or advisory experience.
- Strong experience with: change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, organizational design, workforce strategies, HR transformation.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in both French and English.
- Strong project leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, HR, Psychology or related fields.
- Previous consulting (Big 4 or advisory firm) experience is an asset.

- Must be available to work onsite; no remote option.
