Role Description:
Campaign Execution & Delivery:Manage the full lifecycle of marketing and service campaigns from intake and segmentation to QA and deployment across digital and direct channels.
Strategic Process Design:Drive the shift from manual execution to automated, scalable campaign frameworks by designing reusable campaign modules, templates, and decision logic.
Segmentation & Analytics:Use advanced SQL and analytical tools to define targeting criteria, segment audiences, inclusions, exclusions and monitor campaign performance.
Tool Configuration & Orchestration:Configure campaigns in SAS CI360 and Braze, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while integrating with other Martech and data platforms.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:Run detailed QA processes to ensure data accuracy, business rule compliance and controls, and flawless customer experiences.
Marketing Transformation Leadership:Contribute to broader transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, introduce automation, and align execution with long-term strategic goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with marketing, product, compliance, and technology teams to align campaign execution with business priorities and platform capabilities.
Essential Skills:
5+ years of experience in campaign operations, marketing automation, or Martech project delivery, preferably in a regulated industry (e.g., financial services).
Proven track record in marketing transformation initiatives redesigning processes, introducing automation, or modernizing tech stacks.
Hands-on expertise with SAS CI360, Braze, or comparable campaign execution tools.
Advanced SQL skills and experience building and troubleshooting complex segments.
Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and design long-term, scalable solutions ("build once, automate indefinitely").
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
