Position Title: Junior Web Content Publisher

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and publish digital content via Contentful CMS
• Maintain and organize digital assets within Bynder DAM
• Optimize website search experiences using Algolia
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, product, and development teams
• Perform site audits and resolve content issues
• Ensure all content aligns with accessibility, branding, and quality standards
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in web content management using Contentful or similar platforms
• Working knowledge of Contentful, Bynder, and Algolia
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Bilingual in English and French is a strong asset

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with other CMS platforms such as Adobe AEM or OpenText WEM
• Basic SEO principles and graphic design skills

Interview Process

• Round 1: 45-minute MS Teams interview with the Hiring Manager
• Round 2: 30-minute in-person interview with the Hiring Manager and a Senior Team Member

Interview questions will include behavioral and situational assessments along with evaluations of technical skills.
