Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong analytical skills
- Good customer service abilities
- Experience in information management and document digitization
- University or college degree in computer science, information management, administration, or a related field (certificates required)
- Must be a member in good standing of the Association of Intelligent Information Management (AIIM), with demonstrable proof (membership card, screenshot, completed training, mentoring, volunteering, publications, or conferences)
