QUALIFICATIONS

• Proper and full certification in Esthetics from a recognized training facility (basic esthetics service knowledge is also mandatory).
• Three years' minimum active industry experience in Esthetics
• Demonstrable ability to be an analytical person, a collaborator, to take initiative and be initiative-taking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience as an instructor an asset

• Instruct in all subjects as per the curriculum outline and our school requirements.
• Coach and mentor salon simulation skills, self-marketing skills, sales and promotional techniques, and methods to build and retain a clientele for each graduating student.
