We're on the hunt for a Senior Technical Designer & Merchandiser who lives and breathes menswear-specifically Dress Shirts and Bridge Sport shirts. If you've got a sharp eye for fabric, form, and function, and know how to turn creative chaos into fashion realness, we want you on our team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing seasonal collections for Dress Shirts + Bridge Sport Shirts
• Selecting fabrics + patterns that are equal parts and functional
• Recoloring patterns like a color theory queen
• Choosing trims: buttons, tapes, accessories-you know the vibe
• Hitting stores for market research (aka lowkey shopping for work )
• Creating styles + matching contrasts with precision + style
• Approving trims ( ️)
• Reviewing fits to make sure everything's looking sharp
• Creating SMS tech packs + tracking delivery of SMS
• Sending + approving strike-offs + lab dips
• Reviewing bulk fabrics to ensure quality doesn't flop
• Creating bulk tech packs for orders + speculations
• Reviewing pre-production + production samples
• Designing line sheets + customer selection CADs that wow

You Should Have:

• 5+ years experience in technical design + merchandising (menswear focus is a major plus)
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and fit
• Experience creating detailed tech packs + managing product development timelines
• Killer Adobe Illustrator skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively (we're a chill but focused team)
• A love for details, trends, and making beautiful things happen

• Live for spreadsheets but also have the creative eye of a fashion deity
• Thrive under deadlines (you love a good challenge)
• Have a background in dress shirts or men's tailoring
