Overview
As the HRIS Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing and supporting the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and related platforms such as Infor Talent Management, Lawson, Org Planning, Infor Lawson Business Intelligence, Power BI, and Crystal Reports. This role combines technical system expertise with a strong focus on data analysis and reporting to support strategic HR initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and functionality of HR systems, while also delivering actionable insights through dashboards and reports that drive informed decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation and support to HR staff, management, and stakeholders on the effective use of HRIS and integrated systems.
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools that deliver real-time HR analytics and insights.
- Coordinate and execute corporate-wide HRIS actions such as merit increases, general wage adjustments, and mass data uploads.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns and insights on the data that fosters informed data driven decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems, and troubleshoot issues related to system interfaces, data integrity, and user access.

Qualifications
Education:
- Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related discipline, with supplementary formal coursework in system administration.
Experience:
- Four years of related human resources administration experience, including two years analytical experience supporting HR systems, tools, and databases, conducting process analysis, documenting system requirements, and performing data analysis.
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
- Demonstrated knowledge of functional aspects of human resources including end-to-end relationship with associated payroll functions.
- Demonstrated technical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Demonstrated skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, exercising sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
- Strong oral and written communication skills to produce documentation and to explain complicated technical issues in plain language.
- Strong analytical skills to comprehend complex issues and related data/information and apply high standards of accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Microsoft Excel (advanced user).
- Demonstrated skills to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume, and deadline-driven environment.
