Our client is seeking a Project Manager on a fulltime/permanent basis to lead and support a portfolio of infrastructure and enterprise application initiatives.
This role will focus on managing a mix of on-premises and cloud infrastructure projects, as well as ERP and CRM implementations in collaboration with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
Location: North York - 3d hybrid in office
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for infrastructure upgrades (on-prem/cloud), ERP, and CRM initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal and third-party vendors/partners delivering the implementations.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business users, and vendor consultants.
- Track progress, manage risks/issues, and escalate concerns to leadership as needed.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, stakeholder expectations, and compliance requirements.
- Drive effective change management and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare regular status reports and conduct steering committee updates.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on infrastructure and enterprise system projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing both on-prem and cloud IT initiatives.
- Proven track record delivering ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and/or CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) implementations.
- Skilled in working with vendors, system integrators, and internal IT/business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
