Comply Pro is growing fast across North America - and strategic partnerships are a key lever in that expansion. We're looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager to lead and grow high-impact relationships that unlock new markets, generate quality pipeline, and build long-term value.
You'll be at the center of our partner ecosystem - owning relationships, driving co-marketing and enablement, and making sure every partnership is set up for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary account manager for existing strategic partners - nurturing key relationships and ensuring alignment with Comply Pro's goals
- Drive partner-led lead generation, working closely with Sales to ensure high-quality referrals and opportunities
- Build and implement joint business plans with partners, aligning on shared objectives and value exchange
- Identify and secure new strategic partnerships that drive growth and extend Comply Pro's reach
- Deliver partner enablement programs (training, onboarding, resources) to ensure partners are confident and capable promoters of Comply Pro
- Organize and lead partner events, feedback forums, and engagement sessions to build deeper alignment
- Project manage cross-functional execution, collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
- Track performance and optimize based on data and feedback, ensuring every partnership delivers measurable outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or account management
- Strong commercial instincts - you know how to spot, shape, and scale win-win opportunities
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder, both internally and externally
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, execution-first approach
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Willingness to travel up to 25% across Canada and the U.S. for partner meetings, events, and enablement
- Ability to travel to New Zealand 1-2 times per year for onboarding, strategic planning, and key company events.
- Bonus: experience in SaaS, compliance, construction tech, or GTM/channel partnerships

Salary Range: $110,000 - $180,000 CAD OTE
Your total package includes base salary, ESOP, and a best-in-class benefits program.
