Regional Sales Manager, Western Canada - Calgary

Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and grow strong relationships with customers and prospects in your region.
- Understand customer challenges and align tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Develop and execute a strategic regional sales plan that exceeds targets.
- Identify and close new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
- Lead site visits, product demos, presentations, and training sessions.
- Champion solutions to integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users.
- Collaborate with technology partners to deliver customized solutions.
- Represent the company at trade shows, webinars, and educational events.
- Monitor industry trends, provide internal insights, and stay ahead of the curve.
- Track and report activities and pipeline progress through our CRM platform.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent experience/training.
- 5+ years in full-cycle sales, with at least 3 years in enterprise or B2B sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce a plus).
- Willingness to travel up to 25% within the region.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent presentation, public speaking, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Strategic thinking and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and a strong sense of urgency to deliver results.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in technology, security, or related industries.
- Technical knowledge of cameras, networking, and design applications.
Compensation:
- Estimated total compensation: $120,000-$135,000 OTE (70% base / 30% commission).
- Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
