Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications:
