Campaign Support & Paid Ads (35%)

  • Support seasonal campaigns including setting up and launching paid ads.

Content Quality & Collaboration (5%)

  • Write, proofread, and adapt content for different platforms, from long-form to bite-sized ad copy.
  • Work closely with team members in events, stewardship, and video to bring integrated campaigns to life.
  • Jump in to help wherever needed, whether it's a blog, Instagram Reel, or a last-minute post for an event.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Meltwater, Klear) and scheduling best practices
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital content strategy
  • Comfortable creating content in different tones (educational, promotional, emotional, etc.)
  • Ability to attend and post live from events when needed

Bonus: Experience working with non-profits, healthcare, or fundraising is a plus
