POSITION: Applications Technician

DURATION: Permanent, Full-Time

LOCATION: Mississauga, ON (on-site)

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience providing technical support in both hardware and software environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with effective communication skills for technical reporting and customer support.

Hands-on experience with electronic debugging tools like DMMs and oscilloscopes; able to work independently or in teams.

Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., J1939, CANopen, LIN, Ethernet) and willingness to travel as needed.

Overview:

Configure custom solutions for clients by understanding and applying product features effectively.

Provide technical support by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with product setup.

Support engineering efforts through hardware validation, prototype testing, and firmware verification.

Work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and marketing teams to ensure product quality and performance.
