What You'll Do

Lead and Deliver Solutions

• Act as the primary ServiceNow technical consultant for our client
• Design, develop, and implement solutions aligned with business needs and objectives
• Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions

Architect and Guide

• Create architectural designs and implementation roadmaps
• Ensure compliance with financial industry standards and security protocols
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to client and internal teams

Optimize and Integrate

• Develop integration strategies with other enterprise financial systems
• Perform code reviews, QA checks, and performance tuning
• Conduct system health checks and recommend improvements

Collaborate and Communicate

• Partner with client stakeholders to support business outcomes
• Maintain clear, thorough technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 7+ years of experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow platforms
• ServiceNow certification at the Architect level preferred
• CAD (Certified Application Developer) and/or CSA (Certified System Administrator)
• CTA (Certified Technical Architect)
• Additional certifications in ServiceNow specializations (e.g., ITOM, ITSM, SecOps, HRSD) preferred
• Experience leading complex ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments
• Background in payment processing or financial technology implementations an asset
• Experience with complementary technologies such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
