Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Account Manager role located in Toronto, ON. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing relationships, and providing guidance on utilizing Webware.ai's AI-powered toolkit for online marketing success. Daily tasks include client communication, account analysis, and strategic planning to optimize business growth.

What You'll Do

• Own and nurture relationships for a portfolio of SMB clients
• Conduct strategy calls, performance reviews, and identify upsell opportunities
• Troubleshoot issues, manage internal workflows, and advocate for your clients
• Collaborate with marketing, support, and product teams to drive client success
• Proactively use and update the Webware platform to ensure each client's account is current, optimized, and delivering high-quality content and services
• Implement real-time changes based on client needs and platform performance

Qualifications

• Client Relationship Management and Account Management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in digital marketing or online marketing
• Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights
• Proficiency in CRM software, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suite
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or similar to generate insights and streamline communication
• 2-4 years in a client-facing role (Account Manager, Customer Success, etc.)
• Based in Toronto and able to work in the office daily
