We are hiring Senior Architectural Technologist / Draftsperson - Ottawa, ON (Full-Time)

Are you an experienced architectural technologist or draftsperson based in Ottawa, looking to take the next step in your career?

We are growing and looking growing and looking for a seasoned professional (5-7+ years experience) who's ready to contribute, lead, and grow with us.

What We Are Looking For:

5-7+ years of relevant experience in residential and light commercial projects.

Solid understanding of Ottawa's building codes and permit processes.

Strong leadership skills - you'll mentor and supervise junior team members.

Must be Ottawa-based - on-site measurements and client meetings are required.

A collaborative mindset, reliability, and a passion for design and technical drawing.

Project Types:

Residential renovations, additions, and structural modifications

Custom homes, townhouses, and multi-unit buildings

Small-scale commercial design

️ Tools & Expectations:

Work-from-home flexibility (must have your own computer/laptop)

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is a must

Willingness to learn Chief Architect (we provide full training)

Site visits for measurements, existing condition modeling, and permit-ready plans
