We're Hiring: Technical Business Analyst Hybrid - Mississauga, ON

Are you a data-savvy Technical BA with a passion for solving complex data issues in large-scale environments? We're looking for someone with a strong background in RDBMS (Oracle, SQL), Big Data (HDFS), and advanced SQL scripting to join a dynamic team within the Financial Services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and transform large datasets using SQL and Big Data tools
• Collaborate across global teams to resolve data quality issues
• Develop logical/physical data models and transformation logic
• Document business and data requirements with stakeholders
• Drive standards in data acquisition, governance, and consumption

Must-Have Skills:

• Advanced SQL, Oracle, basic MongoDB
• Strong experience with Big Data (HDFS) platforms
• Proven ability to handle and analyze large datasets (30+ TB)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, and GIT
• Experience in Finance/Risk/Regulatory domains (preferred)
