Requirement : Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
Reporting to the Digital Solutions Lead, the Customer Service Representative is accountable for delivering a superior customer experience while identifying opportunities to cross-sell. The role requires someone with amazing communication, legendary customer service, organizational and time management skills, a strong sense of urgency, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Conduct customer satisfaction calls with new and existing clients.
- Act as the "first line of defense" with client inquiries and leads; review client applications for qualification purposes.
- Represent Stratis' brand and values when interacting with clients.
- Identify opportunities to cross sell other policies and generate leads for another department in Stratis.
What are we looking for?
- 1-2 years customer service experience working in retail or a call center
- Experience in the insurance industry an asset
- 1-2 years' experience working in an office setting in a similar capacity
- Handling telephone inquiries and coordinating multiple tasks
- Administrative duties using technology
