Position Overview
Rexel is looking for a Bilingual Continuous Process Improvement Specialist. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to address complex business challenges and implement impactful changes that enhance business results and warehouse productivity. You will collaborate with internal teams across various departments to resolve productivity issues affecting the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and sustain Lean transformation initiatives focused on waste elimination and productivity improvements
- Align Lean initiatives with operational strategies to achieve key performance metrics
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Provide analytical reporting, supply chain dashboards, and key performance indicators
- Monitor and assess platform performance, offering data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization while collaborating with internal teams to implement changes
- Develop detailed documentation and training materials for users to ensure efficient utilization
- Support integrations between core platforms to maintain data consistency and operational efficiency
- Assist in executing projects by supporting analytics, aggregating information, and participating in Continuous Improvement events such as observations
- Implement Continuous Improvement PDCA (Plan/Do/Check/Act) projects to achieve project goals
- Identify opportunities for process automation and workflow enhancements

Must-Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Math or Science Discipline
- Experience or demonstrated understanding of supply chain environments
- A keen interest in leading Lean implementations in single or multi-site environments, particularly in warehouse or logistics settings
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, in both English and French
- Strategic thinker with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communicator and proactive team player
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Outlook, Access)
- Ability to travel Monday to Friday within Canada (primarily in Eastern Canada)
- Access to a reliable vehicle for local travel and a valid driver's license
