What You'll Do as the Physiotherapist Assistant:
Assist Physio's between patient treatment
Liaising with patients and discussing treatment plans
Demonstrating exercises and monitoring patient progress
Help managing scheduling including incoming and outgoing calls of our Office
Chasing and generating potential leads and closing appointment sales
Creating Exercise plans for clients

We believe in MENTORSHIP!
Get help to build a full caseload and maintain it
Discuss appropriate clinical treatment plans and how to keep patients committed to it
Learn how to interact with patients and build rapport
Determine your ideal continuing education courses and certifications

Requirements and Qualifications:
Certificate in appropriate or relevant program
Proficient in English with excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to meet the physical demands of the position
Results-focused work ethic
Willingness to work collaboratively with other practitioners in an evidence-based practice
Ability to listen and have a rapport with clients
Ability to react to clients needs and demands
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent Computer Skills
