Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing team in planning and executing 360 campaigns across digital, social, print, and web.
- Assist in managing and growing social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Create, schedule, and publish content across social channels using publishing tools.
- Design visual assets using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Develop flyers, banners, social videos, web graphics, and digital promotional assets.
- Build and maintain weekly content calendars and monthly marketing plans.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming and content ideation for campaigns and initiatives.
- Write copy for captions, social media posts, emails, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with vendors including freelancers, printers, photographers, and media partners.
- Track, organize, and prioritize incoming marketing requests from internal teams or departments.
- Assist with on-site execution of events, activations, and in-store marketing campaigns.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor audits, and digital best practices.
- Monitor analytics and assist in preparing reports on campaign and content performance
- Stay up to date with social trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities like AI
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative support role.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Experience building social media content calendars, marketing plans, and campaign pitch decks.
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design/editing software.
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- Exposure to basic analytics platforms like Meta Business Suite, or Google Analytics.
- Capable of coordinating with external vendors, suppliers, freelancers, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar tools is a bonus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated team player with a collaborative and adaptable attitude.
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
