Job Description:
Provide day-to-day development support for BizTalk applications and .NET backend APIs on the Application Integration platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft BizTalk Server, Azure Web APIs, Azure Functions, and related integration components.
Provide business hours support on weekdays, with occasional weekend support as needed.
Support and maintain SQL Server and Cosmos DB databases, including query optimization and troubleshooting.
Manage and support deployments using DevOps tools such as GitHub, TeamCity, and Azure DevOps.
Monitor and maintain EMS, Azure Key Vaults, and other cloud resources.
Analyze and resolve issues with SOAP/XML and RESTful web services.
Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment processes.
Create/Update Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server and BizTalk application support.
Strong proficiency in .NET backend API development and support.
Experience with Azure Web API, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, and Azure Key Vaults.
Proficient in SQL Server, including writing and debugging SQL queries.
Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
Experience with DevOps tools: GitHub, TeamCity, Azure DevOps.
Solid understanding of SOAP/XML and RESTful web services.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
