Our work takes place across many territories, and we acknowledge that our head office is located on the traditional, unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh First Nations.

As Development Director, Corporate Partnerships, you will play a key role in connecting JABC's mission to values-aligned businesses. Your work helps fund programs, spark collaborations, and create lasting change in the lives of young people.

This isn't a behind-the-scenes role - it's a front-facing opportunity to grow JABC's impact through meaningful, strategic partnerships, lead corporate engagement efforts, secure sponsorships, and oversee key fundraising and stewardship events. You'll work closely with our VP, Development, and be a critical part of the development team powering our future. Your work will ensure sustainable growth and expand JABC's impact, helping more young people gain the knowledge and confidence to thrive.

  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to create tailored, compelling proposals and reports;
  • Modelling excellence and contributing to JABC's culture of trust, collaboration, professionalism and accountability;
  • Tracking progress and sharing insights with the VP, Development and broader team.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in fundraising, specifically around corporate partnerships or sponsorships;
  • Proven ability to manage and grow accounts and partnerships;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities;
  • Comfort using CRM platforms and tracking progress against revenue targets;
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for youth empowerment.
