- Plan, coordinate, and execute the migration of Windows 10 systems to Windows 11 across the organization.
- Perform pre-migration assessments, compatibility checks, and application testing.
- Provide end-user support during and after the migration process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve OS-level issues, driver conflicts, application compatibility, and performance problems post-migration.
- Create and maintain migration documentation, SOPs, and technical guides.
- Work closely with the infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance and minimal disruption.
- Provide L2/L3 support for Windows OS issues in an enterprise environment.
- Use tools like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/Intune), Active Directory, and Group Policy for deployment and configuration management.
- Assist in patching, updates, and system performance tuning.
