Role and Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing GIS Data Models (ESRI geometric network and other Legacy systems)

• Analyze existing legacy GIS application and perform functionality mapping in ESRI Utility Network

• Design and implement data models conforming to ESRI's Utility Network Model (UNM) schema

• Design and implement Viewing, Editing and Analysis workflows in ESRI UNM and Schneider Arc FM

• Perform Gap analysis between current data structures and UNM Target models

• Develop, configure, and manage UNM feature classes, rules and association in ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise.

• Support data migration, transformation and validation

• Collaborate with GIS analysts, DBAs, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate asset representations.

• Assist in developing documentation, data dictionaries, and standard operating procedures for the UNM Model

• Provide technical expertise on ESRI tools, best practices, and workflows for gas distribution networks

• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and IT team - adoption of Agile methodology

Skills Required:

• Good years of experience working with ESRI GIS platforms

• Proven experience with ESRI Utility Network Model Data Modeling, Network configuration, design and deployment

• Hands-on-experience with ESRI ArcGIS Pro, Schneider Arc FM suite of products and ArcGIS Enterprise

• Hands on experience with ESRI Geodatabases Oracle / MS SQL Server
